Return Eligibility:
- Printed present cards with packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the packaging must be returned in its original condition. If the present card has been used (i.e., the date was booked), it must be returned along with the packaging.
Return Options:
- Option 1: Return the packaging (with or without the card) to receive the whole amount back. A return fee of 69 SEK will apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Option 2: Choose to keep the packaging and 300 SEK will be deducted from the return amount.
Return Policy for Used Cards:
- If the present card has already been used (i.e., the date was booked), only 75% of the amount will be refunded due to potential income loss.
One-Time Rebooking Offer:
- If you are unable to use the purchased gift card because the booked date no longer works for you, we offer a one-time rebooking option.
- Contact our customer support team to discuss rebooking options, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return Procedure:

- If returning the packaging, our customer support team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned packaging.
- The refunded amount will be transferred to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable deductions and the return fee.
