Return Policy for Digital Gift Card for our services/products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a Digital Present Card. Please review our return policy below:

Right of Withdrawal:
  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a Digital Present Card within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the Digital Present Card before the withdrawal period expires.
Refund Process:
  • If you choose to return the Digital Present Card within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the entire amount paid for the card.
  • Please note that it may take up to two weeks for the refunded amount to be processed back to your original payment method.
Deactivation of Present Card:
  • Upon receiving your return request and processing the refund, the present card number will be deleted from our system.
  • Once deleted, the present card will no longer be usable, and it will not be possible to redeem it for services.
Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return of your Digital Present Card, please contact our customer support team at info@dpmn.se within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Effect of Card Usage:

  • if the Digital Present Card has already been used to book services before the return request is initiated, 25% of the card's original value will be retained by our company.
  • This amount will be held as compensation for potential income loss, as we may have foregone other bookings in anticipation of providing services to the client associated with the present card.
  • The remaining 75% of the card's original value will be refunded to the customer according to the refund process outlined in section 2.

Exceptions:
  • This return policy applies only to Digital Present Cards and does not extend to other products or services offered by our company.
  • Once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, returns or refunds for Digital Present Cards will not be accepted.

Return Policy for Digital Gift Card for our services/products
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase of a printed present card with packaging from our store. Please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility:
  • Printed present cards with packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the packaging must be returned in its original condition. If the present card has been used (i.e., the date was booked), it must be returned along with the packaging.
Return Options:
  • Option 1: Return the packaging (with or without the card) to receive the whole amount back. A return fee of 69 SEK will apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Option 2: Choose to keep the packaging and 300 SEK will be deducted from the return amount.

Return Policy for Used Cards:
  • If the present card has already been used (i.e., the date was booked), only 75% of the amount will be refunded due to potential income loss.

One-Time Rebooking Offer:

  • If you are unable to use the purchased gift card because the booked date no longer works for you, we offer a one-time rebooking option.
  • Contact our customer support team to discuss rebooking options, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return Procedure:

Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned packaging.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of customized products from our store. Please review our return policy below:

Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal:
  • Customized or personalised products that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are not included in the Right of Withdrawal.
  • As our printed products are made to your specifications (photobooks, printed images, canvas, fine arts et.c.) they cannot be resold to other customers, and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Return Conditions:
  • Customized printed products may only be returned in the event of obvious damages or mistakes for which our company is responsible.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product and visual prove must be provided (photos or videos).
Return Procedure:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@dpmn.se within the specified return period. Provide details of the issue, along with photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Our customer support team will assess your return request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Fee:
  • A return fee of 69 SEK will apply for all returns of customized products. This fee covers processing and restocking costs.
