These are the terms on which we sell all our services to you. By ordering any of services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You can only purchase our services from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
GOODS and SERVICES
The description of the Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other forms of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied. Decorations on Goods supplied can be different from illustrations provided.
All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
We can make changes to the goods and services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
All Services described on the Webpage and are counted as a combination of the location, duration of the service and the images that the company provides as the result of the photoshoot.

Our services include renting the studio space for photography and events up to 15 people and our Photo-services:

The booking process for photoshoots:
The client can book our service via dpmn.se, social media accounts or emails provided in our contact information.
Booking includes a full name, email, phone number, the type of the photoshoot, the number of people, the duration of a photoshoot, the location and the date/time for a photo shoot.
By booking the photoshoot, you as a client agree to our Terms and conditions.
Booking will be confirmed after the payment which is 25% of the total service cost.
Payment can be completed via SWISH to 123 532 08 58 (Dopamin Studio AB), in that case, you will receive a payment/booking confirmation.
For bookings that are made at least 14 days before a photoshoot day, you can choose to pay by invoice with a notice period of 3 days.
The booking payment is nonrefundable in situations when a photoshoot is cancelled by a client less than 14 days before a photoshoot day.
By completing the booking you agree that you are informed and accept:
- The place of the photoshoot (interior, decoration and accessories that will be used for your photoshoot).
- Duration of the photoshoot
- Date and time of the photoshoot
- Terms and conditions for receiving images
- Cancellation policy
The booking process for the studio rent:
The client can book our service via dpmn.se, social media accounts or emails provided in our contact information.
Booking includes a full name, email, phone number, the purpose of the rent, the number of people, the duration of the rent, and the date/time for rent.
By booking the rent, you as a client agree to our Terms and conditions.
Booking will be confirmed after the payment which is 100% of the total rental cost.
Payment can be completed via SWISH to 123 532 08 58 (Dopamin Studio AB), in that case, you will receive a payment/booking confirmation.
For bookings that are made at least 7 days before a rental day, you can choose to pay by invoice with a notice period of 3 days.
The booking payment is nonrefundable in situations when the rent is cancelled by a client less than 14 days before a rental day.
By completing the booking you agree that you are informed and accept:
- The studio interior, decoration, technic and accessories that can be used by you during the rental time
- Duration of the rent
- Date and time of the rent
- Cancellation policy
Payment for photo services:
Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due 3 days after your photoshoot day.
Your booking fee will be deducted from your final payment.
Payment can be completed via SWISH to 123 532 08 58 (Dopamin Studio AB), in that case, you will receive a payment confirmation.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay by invoice with a notice period of 3 days.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation in less than 14 days before a photoshoot day is equal to a booking fee.
The day of the photoshoot
We obliged to take the picture, only of the number of people discussed. If extra people join the photo session, it is understood that an extra price will be a
dded to the final cost.
Delivery
The agreed amount of images will be delivered to a client in a digital format via Google disk or Yandex disk within 7 workdays after the client completes the payment.
A photographer who worked on a photoshoot chose pictures which will be edited.
If a client requests, Dopamin Studio can provide cropped versions of JPEG files for a client to choose extra images for editing. None of those images can be downloaded and used by a client. Any extra images over what was agreed before booking will be added to the price.
Images will be delivered in JPEG format with 4000x6000 resolution if other is not agreed upon before booking. A client will not receive RAW files from a photoshoot.
In case of a big project, the delivery terms can be adjusted and the client will be informed about it before processing the booking.
Dopamin Studio will keep images online for 2 months, all client files will be deleted and backups will be purged after this period.
All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including light skin retouch, light and colour adjustments). Any extra edits requested by the client will cost extra and must be discussed before the booking and be accepted by the Photographer.
Force Majeure
1. In the very unlikely events of cancellation by the photographer or of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. We will offer you another date for a photo shoot.
2. Instead of cancelling the photo shoot, a client can change a date of a photoshoot.
Copyright
The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer.
Display
The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business on social media, in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.
Creative license, coverage and reproduction
Photographs taken during the photoshoot will be at the discretion of the photographer although every effort will be made to comply with the clients' requirements.
Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the client's wishes. The Photographer/s will do their best to honour the requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific editing. The client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view
Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs.
Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.
